Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I was force closing my laptop by Pressing and holding power button then when i restarted laptop and the wifi was totally gone also wasn't in the device manager. I tried to install wifi driver the driver installs properly but in device manager when i try to add the driver by selecting it it says error 31 and doesn't work 😭 please someone give me a solution 😭

Your machine came with FreeDOS 2.0 actually, not Windows 10 and you did not install drivers properly. It uses Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3168 802.11 ac 1x1 WiFi + Bluetooth 4.2 combination WLAN module part # 863934-855.

 

Please download and install the following drivers

 

(a) For wifi:  https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92001-92500/sp92246.exe

(b) For BT:  https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp92501-93000/sp92638.exe

Thanks but i know if it comes with dos but I installed Windows 10 :'3 and thanks for help but i fixes problem already ❤ all drivers were correct ❤ i just opened my laptops back part and opened the LAN card and cleared it a lil and again did put back on it's place lil tightly and it's all fixed 😍

 I tried to open Firefox which is my I tried to open Firefox which is my browser of choice I tried to open Firefox which is my browser of choice and just out of the blue and had been working never gave me any problems is giving me a message stating error Platinum version 6 4 point 00 and under it it says mini version 63.0 point three maximum version and then the menu that comes up the title of it is xul run and I'm not sure how to fix it it won't run I can't open anything if you could give me any help that would be great I read a lot of your replies and you seem to be very knowledgeable about the HP products thank you my name is
