HP Pavilion 15-cs2001nj
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I made a purchase of a new HP Pavilion 15-cs2001nj notebook, and 2 weeks after (and for the last 2 months)

I see that the WIFI signal getting full but then reduce till its disconnected and then its going back to full slowly

There lots of disconnects in the PC wifi, I tried to look if thats a problem in the internet but, using 2 other computers, it works just fine..

I really think its something with the network adapter inside (even I used an old outer adapter, and was the same disconnects) OR any problem in HP PC or windows update...

I'm really desperate about it, bought a new PC which I can't work with 😕

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I don't.

I think at this point you may want to contact HP technical support in your country and submit a support case under the warranty.

Hi:

The specs for your notebook indicate that it comes with the Realtek 8821CE wifi adapter.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the wifi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest versions, restart the PC and see if that resolves the problem...
