Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I recently changed modems due to internet fluctuation.  Cannot access network printer via new modem nor 5G network.  On previous modem (same company slightly different model) could access both 2g and 5g networks.  I can access 2g network.

Did WLAN report which shows WLAN and bluetooth not connected.  Have checked in device manager all working correctly - checked for driver upgrades all current.

One site suggests that Broadcom 43225 802.11b/g/n does not support 5G and I need a wifi upgrade 

Is this the correct fix I dont want to go around in circles which I seem to be doing
