See chapter 3, page 17 for the two supported WWAN adapters.

The WWAN rubber insert is included in the Plastics/Rubber Kit, spare part number 844400-001.
HP lt4120 Qualcomm Snapdragon X5 LTE Mobile Broadband Module   HP part # 800870-005
HP hs3110 HSPA+ Mobile Broadband Module   HP part # 822829-005

 

Make sure that the antenna wires are present where the WWAN card installs before buying a WWAN card.
