Want to upgrade WLAN Card to dual band

Dear experts, I have this Laptop with a realtech 2,4 Ghz Card only. Which card can i choose (can you recommend) to upgrade to a dual band wifi? Thank you very much for your help.

You can upgrade to this model which is dual band:

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac 1 × 1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported)   HP part # L17365-005

There should be plenty of them for sale on eBay.

You're very welcome, Lino.

When you are ready to install the new wifi adapter, first uninstall the RTL8723DE wifi adapter in the device manager and also check the box to uninstall the driver.

Do the same for the Realtek Bluetooth adapter.

Then shut down, unplug the PC, follow the installation procedures which should include disconnecting the battery and install the RTL8821CE adapter.

Windows will probably automatically install the drivers, but I recommend you update them to the latest version.
