I have a HP 400-224 slim line desktop PC with a working 2.4GHz wifi 1/2 mini express card. The card is
Qualcomm Atheros AR9485 Wireless Network Adapter (rev 01) current 4.2G. Can I upgrade to a Intel 7260. HMW Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260 Network Adapter PCI Express Half Mini Card 802.11 b/a/g/n/ac? I bought a second antenna for the dual ban. The antenna is an HP antenna or are the antennas need to be different lengths? Anyway the computer works with the original Atheros adapter but I want to take advantage of the new fiber optic dual wifi router installed to the house. Thank you very much for the help, as I am new to the wifi computer without ethernet cables.
