Warranty Disputed, I do not get any reply from Customer Service

I have disputed my warranty period with a copy of the purchase receipt, but I have not got any feedback since about a week although estimated time would be 1 business day. 


I bought my computer from a store 11 months ago and it was brand new, but I recently started using it regularly. Thus, before I kept using my old computer. However, I am glad that I decided to use it, because I realised that it has a serious issue with Wi-fi connection. Wi-fi connection is unstable. It keeps disconnecting every few minutes. It is nearly impossible to use this laptop for internet. I did every suggestion on HP page and nothing worked for me. To be honest, when I started using the device, I thought the connection issue was related to the internet provider due to the pandemic lock-down and extensive use of internet in my neighborhood. Yet, I later realised that it is not changing and then I read HP forum. I saw that it is a common issue with some models. I need help for my warranty to be corrected. It is supposed to finish in mid-August, not the end of March. Thank you.
