HP is listing my device as out of warranty. It is not. I cannot get beyond a chat bot to address my issues or how to make a warranty claim. This is my first HP device. While the performance has been acceptable to customer service and tools to obtain customer service has been unsatisfactory. The website has my device as out of warranty, and will not let me make a change. I have an email ticket validating warranty, but it is not showing up on the support site. Any guidance on navigating the support feature of HP would be greatly appreciated.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
