We recently got fiber optics in our community. All devices in the house recognize the faster speed EXCEPT for my HP Notebook. It is the most recent purchase of computer. 1TB 5400 rpm SATA, Wireless 802.11b/g/n(1x1) Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.0 combo.
The highest speed I can get on this Notebook has been 30.9/5.4. Is there a setting I can change or do I need to install something.
