Product: EliteBook 845 G7 840 Series 14"

I could not get the internal wifi to work in my new laptop, . EliteBook 845 G7 840 Series 14".  It would not show in Device manager and failed the HP hardware check.  HP Support had me send it in for service and just told me it doesn't support internal wifi but needs a usb dongle.

 

I checked the specs on Amazon and it says

External USB Wi-Fi and Bluetooth Dongle Included (Bios only support external Wi-Fi adapter)

 

Now it has an internal wifi module. Is there a way to flash the bios to allow use of it?
