What are the credentials when trying to set up an HP laptop

Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I'm trying to set up an HP laptop.  I was able to put in the password for our wifi, but it keeps asking for "credentials."  I've tried every number on my modem and router and nothing works.  I can't go any further without figuring this out.  Any help you can give will keep me from pulling my hair out.  Thank you

Welcome to the HP Support Community. Thanks for bringing this to our notice.

I see that you are trying to set up your system but you are not able to proceed until you enter the credentials. Do not worry, we are here to help you with it.

 

May I know if this is a new system or you performed Operating System Reinstallation on it?

Please note, that the credentials will be your network name/SSID and the wireless password. Try entering that and let me know the outcome of it.
