Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

My printer will not download to my Mac because it is asking for a password to SW Helper, of which I have never heard. it downloaded to my PC effortlessly.

@Ouishamc, Welcome to HP Support Community

 

This is a gatekeeper issue. Leave the Security & Privacy System Preference window open and allow the app to download and install 🙂
