HP model 11-v05sa
Chrome OS

I have cleared my cookies, reset and done powerwash.  Website examples are BOOTS, ALDI, MORRISONS.

This has only recently started to happen, I've had my Chromebook for over a year

@VANESSAMAC Welcome to HP Community!

I understand that you are unable to open a particular website.

In that case, I would suggest you perform a system recovery

A system recovery completely erases any local files or settings and returns the computer to its original factory-shipped state.

  • If a hard reset does not resolve your issue OR your Chromebook shows the error message Chrome OS is missing or damaged, you might need to perform a system recovery. For detailed instructions go to Chromebook Help Center and search for Recover your Chromebook.

Do they have an email address, as their botchat is useless

I do have an email address to share, but I have shared the contact details for the phone support team in a private message.
