I have problems relating to the wireless of my laptop as it doesn’t connect with the internet. The problem is found in Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCle Adapter.

When I open it through Device Manager and then Network adapters there’s no Qualcomm file there!

How can I find that? Where should I download that file from?

And please tell me.. is the problem really related to the missing of the qualcomm file? If not, please tell me how can I solve this problem.

Hi:

Realtek wifi adapters do not use any Qualcomm software.

The Realtek wifi cards have issues.  They are not good cards.

Have you updated the Realtek wifi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest versions?

If not, you may want to try that.
