Which bluetooth drivers should be installed?

Hello All,

I am facing an issue since long time with my laptop drivers regarding bluetooth

Could any one exactly say which drivers i need to use for this model either Broadcom/Atheros/Intel?

Hi:

You would install the model Bluetooth driver that is for the model wifi adapter your notebook has.

Unfortunately, the parts list has two adapters that HP could have installed in your notebook.

So that narrows the field down to Broadcom or Atheros.

You can figure out exactly what Bluetooth driver to install by identifying the model wifi adapter your notebook actually has.

To find that info, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

Once you have that info, you can install exactly the right BT driver you need.
