The RTL8188EU is Wi-Fi only.

It is not a combination Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter.

If there is no Bluetooth device manager category, your notebook does not come with built in Bluetooth.

There is a USB dual band Wi-Fi/Bluetooth adapter that has support for W7:
