OMEN by HP Transcend 16 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-u0000 (7C0V5AV)

I do not see any WLAN or LAN network adapters my ethernet works but if I try to connect to ethernet and wifi at the same time, eventually after 10 minutes the wifi will get automatically disabled and I will temporarily for like 5 seconds lose ethernet connection. Then wthernet will automatically reestablish and wifi will disconnect.  I spoke with omen support and the agent said there shouldn't be a quick cut in ethernet it should just transition smoothly. I'm using all high end equipment a cat6 ethernet cable brand new and a good one. I know it's not the ethernet cord or connection. Also I do have show hidden devices checked. And yes EVERYTHING is up to date. Also I have an xb8 router through xfinity which is the newest router they make. It supports high speeds has wifi 6E and a 2.5 gbps ethernet port on it which is what I'm plugged into. But somehow I get more speed over wifi than ethernet. Now, when I tried to do a hardware diagnostic test using the UEIF tool the NIC card failed and there was an exclamation point next to boot order in omen set up utility. So the test I ran on wired failed. But I figured out why. I toggled on network boot and boom did the test on wired network twice and it passed. Toggled it back off and fail. So it's just because network boot was disabled. After turning it on I checked to see if any WLAN or LAN network adapters appeared and nope. But the diagnostic Passed indicating my ethernet card was ok.  So all that being said any suggestions. I have also done all ipconfig network troubleshooting tests. Flushdns, release, renew, register etc.  I'm at a loss and the omen support agent is supposedly asking a higher level of tech support and is supposed to call me back today, because ( talked to him last night. As you can see from my photo no WLAN adapters unless the wifi direct adapters or the intel(R) wifi 6E ax211 160mhz are the WLAN adapters idk. But even if so where is my ethernet adapter? And as ive said I'm using ethernet. Also I have 1.5gbps internet speed it's the 1.2gbps plan but most of the time with testing I receive 1.3 gbps-1.5 gbps. So, I'm at a loss and confused.

Very hard to see the test but it does have Intel wifi adapter which is WLAN adapter.
