Unable to connect to internet via WiFi.
No ethernet port so unable to connect to internet directly.
Network Status showing as "not connected"
Bluetooth not connecting either.
Tried to update driver via USB drive, but system shows the correct and most current driver is installed.
Replaced network adaptor inside machine.
Just to repeat the obvious... I CANNOT CONNECT TO THE INTERNET BY ANY MEANS, SO ANY REMEDY INVOLVING THIS DOES NOT HELP!!!!

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
