I'm using a Hp 15s laptop. My Wi-Fi and Bluetooth driver were missing for the past month. I tried several measures through YouTube videos, but nothing helps me out. So, recommend me some ways to get rid of this problem.

Hi @raja090804,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
If the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers are missing on your HP Laptop PC 15, you can follow these steps to resolve the issue:
Check Device Manager:
- Right-click on the "Start" button and select "Device Manager."
- Look for entries related to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth under the "Network adapters" and "Bluetooth" sections. If you see a yellow triangle icon or an error message, it indicates missing or outdated drivers.
Use Windows Update:
- Sometimes, Windows Update can automatically download and install missing drivers.
- Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Windows Update" and click on "Check for updates." If updates are available, Windows might download and install the required drivers.
Download Drivers from HP's Official Website:
- Visit HP's official support website (support.hp.com).
- Enter your laptop's model number and look for driver downloads.
- Download the appropriate Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers for your laptop's operating system and hardware.
Driver Installation:
- After downloading the drivers, run the installer files and follow the on-screen instructions to install them.
Windows Troubleshooter:
- Windows has built-in troubleshooters that can help identify and fix driver-related issues.
- Go to "Settings" > "Update & Security" > "Troubleshoot" and run the troubleshooter under "Internet Connections" or "Bluetooth."
Driver Update Software:
- There are third-party driver update tools available, but be cautious when using them. Only download and install software from reputable sources.
System Restore:
- If the issue started recently and you have a system restore point from before the problem occurred, you can try restoring your system to that point.
Remember to restart your laptop after installing or updating drivers to ensure they are properly integrated into the system.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
