  • I can’t connect to my own Wi-Fi but my laptop can find other Wi-Fi connection but not my own  and it can connect to my mobile hotspot on my phone but still no Wi-Fi from home

What is your machine ? Sounds like your machine does NOT support 5.0GHz networks. Please allow your router to broadcast DUAL (two) bands, Your machine should be able to "see"  2.4GHz SSID and allow you to connect.
