Product: HP Notebook 14-dq1038wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

The laptop shows no internet for our wifi. Our other laptop, phones, Alexa etc. are all connected to our wifi. We have rebooted the laptop but still no connection. There is not a wifi key on the laptop. Can anyone help direct us?
