Product: HP Pavilion g7-2010nr Notebook PC

Although Wi-Fi is enabled as indicated by the F 12 key that is lighted, I can’t get a Wi-Fi connection when I use my secure home Wi-Fi network. What am I doing wrong?

I see that you are facing WiFi-related issues on your system. Do not worry, we are here to fix it.

 

May I know from when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

When was the last time it was working fine?

Are you able to connect other devices using the same home WiFi?
