Recently AT&T sent us a new wireless modem router, all my devices recognize the WI FI except my  Envy 15-j011dx  won't show as an available WI FI, I tried to update the Wi-Fi network adapter  Realtek RTL8188EE 802.11bgn the indication was that it was up to date?

Is the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band enabled?

 

The Realtek RTL8188EE Wi-Fi adapter only works on the 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi band.
