Wi-fi speed too low HP Pavilion

Hi all,

I have a modem with 1Gb internet and my laptop is working at a low 40Mpbs according to Fast.com.

I tried all - updating wifi when powering on but nothing seems to work. My other laptop runs at 900Mpbs when I check.

I thought about checking the card capacity not sure this could be the issue. Anyone?
