WiFI issue in HP 14s-dq0105ng - Ubuntu, Mint Linux

HP 14s-dq0105ng

I bought an HP 14s-dq0105ng last week. The laptop came only with a FreeDOS. I installed Mint Linux 20. The WiFi adapter wasn't working, so I installed Ubuntu 20.04 to check if the issue is with hardware or kernel. Apparently, I face the same issue with Ubuntu too - "No Wi-Fi Adapter Found". This laptop doesn't have an ethernet port to connect to the internet and update the drivers. Is there an alternate solution? I have the possibility to return this laptop and get a replacement. But if this Wi-Fi issue can be solved on my own with HP support, that's what I would prefer over replacement.

Thank you in advance for your support.
