I am facing continuous issues with my laptop’s network connectivity. The WiFi keeps disconnecting frequently, and I have to run the Windows Troubleshooter to restart the adapter every time. Sometimes, I even need to restart my laptop to restore the connection. Additionally, my Ethernet connection is not working at all. Even after connecting the LAN cable, there is no network access. I have tried updating the drivers and checking the network settings, but the issue persists. Any help on resolving these issues would be greatly appreciated.

 

Ethernet: Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller

Wife: Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the Wi-Fi and ethernet drivers to the latest versions HP has:
