Hi, 

This is my first time in community. My laptop was experiencing wifi issues since last couple of months. On opening display bezel a bit, I found that the WiFi antenna cable is chipped. I googled to find a compatible antenna but cannot find one. As I live in a remote area, there is no HP service centre around, so I need help in ordering antenna. 

I checked HP PartSurfer website and found that spare part number for the antenna is 854985-001. Please help

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

You can order from HP part store:- Click here

If that does not help, I request you to talk to HP support.

They might have multiple options to help you with this.

  1. Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
  2. Select the country.
  3. Enter the serial of your device.
  4. Select the country from the drop-down.
  5. Click on "Show Options".
  6. Fill the web-form. A case number and phone number will now populate for you.
