Hello I need help with my HP60.

HP G60-119EM Notebook PC

I've pulled out my old laptop and Installed Chrome OS Flex. 

My laptop WiFi button is staying orange and my WiFi isn't searching for anything and unable to manually add a WiFi connection. 

I've swapped out the WiFi card that hasn't done anything.

I've tried the power down, pulling battery out and reinserting. 

Any assistance would be great.
