I just bought this laptop for a few days I thought the issues is from my router but it’s not because all my other device is work for the WiFi and my housemate get the internet as well.
the WiFi keep disconnected within 1-5mins, the WiFi work well in the very beginning few hours when I use this laptop then the WiFi start keep disconnecting. I tried to use my mobile data but it still the same. Is it the hardware issues or system issues? I hope it can get solve ASAP because I need the laptop to work.
p.s. I can’t even install the software from window update because the WiFi disconnect often.
