Product: ProBook 6475b
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello I have a ProBook 6475b and I’m having trouble with the WiFi. It shows that it’s connected but it doesn’t work. And if it does, which rarely happens, it doesn’t  work the next time. I have tried to connect with the cable but it also doesn’t work. I tried troubleshooting the problem but it doesn’t detect anything. It does work on other networks though.  My brother has the same problem and he has an EliteBook.
