Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My WiFi keeps disconnecting even though my phone and other laptops connected to the same WiFi, don't.

It's only my laptop, and happens once every hour. It takes about 3 minutes to get it back working.

It's really annoying because it isn't the WiFi, I have full coverage and like I said, other people using their laptop, and our phones, don't disconnect.

What could it be?

Hi:

What model wifi adapter does your notebook have?

If you don't know, go to the device manager, click to expand the Network Adapters device manager category, and there you will find the name and model number of the wireless network adapter.

Hi Paul,

I found that I have the Realtek RTL8723DE 802.11b/g/n PCIe Adapter, if that helps?

Thanks in advance!

You're very welcome.

Yes that helps.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to update the RTL8723DE wifi driver to the latest version, and restart the PC.

Sadly enough, after updating and everything, it just happened again.

Thanks for your help tho, hopefully someone else can help me with this problem 😞
