Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

my laptop is unable to connect to wireless networks , I have tried many ways to resolve it like troubleshooting , updating drivers and many other things I can do but it is still unable to connect to a wireless network. Please HELP me!😭 It's HP-15-bg002au laptop working with windows 7 64-bit (when it was bought it  had windows 10 64bit OS but I uninstalled it and downloaded a windows 7 64 bit but it didn't affect it because it was working properly when i installed windows 7).

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it has a Realtek RTL8723BE-VB 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter.
