Hi Experts,

I have this HP Laptop provided by company, I am using since June 2025, it was working fine after mid-July I am experiencing this issue.

I have home internet where it connects. It connects to internet within a minute it disconnects, and pages start showing you are disconnected. then after 1-2 mins it connects some time automatically sometimes won't connect at all. Sometimes the wifi icon from access control disappears attached screenshot.

But when I connect to my mobile hotspot it doesn't disconnects any time, it works fine.

I tried checking using HP Support Assistant it doesn't check when you are offline, even I connect howe Wi-Fi for a minute and checks on this software it shows "No issue found with connection" and home Wi-Fi disconnects suddenly.

I tried checking the update version of network driver, it shows already installed latest version, and my windows is up to date.

I uninstalled network then restarted, then also same it connected to home Wi-Fi after entering password then after 1-2 min it disconnected.

I have checked with other laptops they never disconnect with home Wi-Fi even my phone does not disconnect any time from home internet.

I am seeking help to fix this issue. any help is appreciated.

Thanks,

Bhimashankar

Hi:

You have the latest driver installed for that model Wi-Fi adapter.

See if the info at the link below under the Realtek Wi-Fi adapter section is of help to you:

[SOLVED] - Realtek network adapter is constantly disconnecting ? | Tom's Hardware Forum

You  can also try what this person did and that was to install an older driver version (6001.15.152.0).

 6001.15.152.0

Those would be the only suggestions I can offer since the Wi-Fi driver is on the latest version.
