A14MNUA#ABA wifi connects but won’t work. Sometimes it will come back on after a day or two. We have tried updating the BIOS, drivers, dns settings, WiFi 6 settings. Restarted the router and computer.

The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Realtek RTL8852BE Wi-Fi 6 adapter.

HP PartSurfer

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if updating the Realtek Wi-Fi driver to the latest version HP currently has, resolves the problem:

Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers

Version 6001.15.158.601

sp161604.exe
