Wifi has suddenly stopped working Realtek adapter RTL 872 3BE 802.bgn Wifi adapter is diagnosed as the problem

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to see if updating the wifi and Bluetooth drivers to their latest versions and restarting the PC, resolves the problem.
