I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased a [Brand] PC on 11.11.2023, and I have been experiencing recurrent issues with the Wi-Fi adapter disappearing after every Windows update. The only solution seems to be resetting the BIOS settings each time.

Concerned about this persistent problem, I promptly created a support ticket with the case ID 5115893613. However, despite my attempts, I have been unable to reach your support hotline at 4448121 to obtain information regarding the resolution of this case.

I am reaching out to express my frustration and seek clarification on the support process. It is disheartening to encounter technical difficulties with a newly purchased product and not receive timely assistance. As a consumer in Turkey, I chose [Brand] with the expectation of reliable products and effective customer support.

Regrettably, my experience so far has left me questioning the adequacy of support for your products in Turkey. If [Brand] is unable to provide sufficient support to its customers in this region, it raises the question of why products are sold here at all.

I kindly request urgent attention to my case (5115893613) and an explanation for the unavailability of the support hotline. Clear communication and efficient resolution are crucial to maintaining customer trust and satisfaction.
