Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear sir,

I was working on laptop, suddenly internet connection gone and then wifi option not shown. I checked in device manager but the driver at then wifi adaptor is missing. I reinstalled driver but the wifi option now shown and in device manager wifi adaptor is still missing. 

On keypad key F12 shown orange colour light. I pressed it but it's not changing and shows airplane mode on and off.

Please suggest the appropriate solution.
