Product60C78UA
Serial [Personal Information Removed]
But I encountered a problem while installing windows 11 to my laptop. I have uses 4 months ubuntu without any problem, but last month a problem occured in it. Without safe mode, I could not use my laptop, and I decided to change OS to windows 11. Unfortunately, it has other problems. My laptop is not able to connect wifi or bluetooth, also not use of my touchpad. After that, I downloaded windows 10, Same problem is here. What should I do now?

Hi:
The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with a Mediatek AX 2x2 Wi-Fi card.
I have read that W10/W11 does not install the Wi-Fi drivers for that model card.
On W11, you can set up Windows using a local account without having to connect to Wi-Fi, by following the guidance at the link below:
How to bypass internet connection to install Windows 11 - Pureinfotech
Then you can install the W11 Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers for that model card from your notebook's support page.
Wi-Fi:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp145001-145500/sp145140.exe
Bluetooth:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp142001-142500/sp142342.exe
Your notebook is not supported by HP for W10, so there is no W10 touchpad driver for it.
There is a W11 touchpad driver on your notebook's support page:
