Spectre 360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since 15th Sep, my Wifi device in the laptop stopped working. I tried everything to fix it but no luck. Finally used external USD wifi stick to connect to internet. I read some posts on HP community and tried to go to settings but it says no device found. I went to Device manager to see if it was a driver issue. But the Wireless device is missing from the device manager. Unable to find out what happened all of sudden. Today when I tried to connect my bluetooth headpbone, I discovered my bluetooth device is also missing. Same thing with Bluetooth. No device found in device manager.

Please help asap.  I have HP Spectre 360 - 134003DX

Your machine is an  HP Spectre 13-4003dx x360 Convertible PC which probably is the first Spectre x360 generation. Its specs

   https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c04563934

It has 2x2 802.11ac WLAN and Bluetooth part #  756751-005.  Please download the following driver and install over the old one

         https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/75439/Intel-Dual-Band-Wireless-AC-7260

(Note: your machine can have the first one or the second one, please try the first one first)

Hi Banhien,

I installed the drivers from Intel site as suggested. However my laptop is still not able to recognise the wifi and bluetooth adaptor. In the device manager, there is no option for bluetooth or Wifi device. The only wifi device showing is the external wifi stick I have connected via USB. The status in Network properties shows "Not Present". Though MAC address is assigned to both Bluetooth and Wifi adaptors. Please see below screenshots.

I can't see those screenshots. Please check to see what is the hardware id. Please use following instructions to get missing hardware id's then post back:
