Wifi and Bluetooth not working even not able to install drivers

Hi,

From past 4-5 months I was not able to connected my PC to wifi as it was not getting signals.   Yesterday when I reset my PC, I saw the bluetooth and wifi option is now not avaliable, I tried installing all the drivers and exerything but there is no sucess. Please anyone help.
