Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Wifi and Bluetooth adapter suddenly disappeared after a restart. Now it does not appear in the device manager even when the option "show hidden devices" is enabled. There is no trace of a Wifi adapter whatsoever left in my laptop. All of this happened over night when the laptop was in shutdown state. I tried installing drivers and get the last windows update but it still doesn't fix the issue.

Therefore, the problem is that I can't access any wifi network nor detect them.

Anyone can help?

Cheers,

Reset

To anybody having the same issue... I managed to solve it going back to a previous version of w10. Seems to me that version 2004 of w10 was causing the issue for some reason.
