HP 15-da0000 Laptop PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have just bought a HP 15-da0000 Laptop PC and am having lots of issues with wireless connectivity. It keeps dropping in and out. I had read that is is an issue with Windows 10 but tried a few fixes and still not working, I am very tempted to return it to HP. I have gone through virtual assisant, which made me see that the machine doesn't seem to have a wireless driver. See screenshot attached: Any help would be great. Thanks. Ednetwork issues.png

Please try

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,

     https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp91501-92000/sp91914.exe

(b) Go to Device Manager to uninstall existing wireless driver and Reboot,

(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator to install,

(d) Reboot machine,

Hope this helps.

Regards.
