I just opened my 360 and the WiFi has disappeared. There is no WiFi key visible that I can see on the Key pad. There is an Airplane key but no WiFi on the keyboard and now no longer a gray box for WiFi the screen either. I have tried trouble shooting and the responses I get are:
There might be a Problem with the driver for the Wi-Fi adapter
A Network cable is not properly plugged in or may be broken.
I have never used the ever cable.. only WiFi. But none the less, there are no networks or even Wi Fi Visible! Our phones, TV streaming etc are all connected and working.
Is there a WiFi key or button on this unit?
I bought this 3 months ago. It is that new and gently used
