Product: HP 15.6 inch Laptop PC 15-e2000 (2J4V9AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

For the last few weeks, I have been facing this above-prescribed problem. All of sudden my Wifi disconnected and when I performed the troubleshooting step it reflects the error message related to wifi adapter. However, my work is getting suffered and I am facing this situation, again and again, Kindly look into the matter and resolve the problem as soon as possible. I shall be very thankful to you.

 

I am using Windows 11 version 21H2 and one things more I would like to highlight is that if I continue working on my laptop without any break I didn't face any problem but if I leave it free for a while this problem occurs. The network adapter in my laptop is Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac PCIe Adapter. The processor is AMD Ryzen 5 5500U with Radeon Graphics.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to make sure you have the latest Wi-Fi driver installed for that model Wi-Fi adapter.
