Pavilion 15ba002ng
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I connect my Android phone via hospot (on the notebook) with my notebook to sync data.

After about 30-60 minutes the Wifi internet connection of the notebook is disconnected and the hotspot connection to the phone interrupted. I must disable and re-enable Wifi, then the hotspot to reconnect the phone. Sometimes this issue recurs once or twice in the following hour(s), sometimes very frequently.

Without hotspot the Wifi internet connection does not disconnect.

I have already reinstalled the current Wifi driver from the HP download page.

@bege10

Thank you for posting on HP Support Community.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, I have a few troubleshooting steps we could try to fix the issue:

Firstly, let's  Uninstall a Network Adapter Driver in Windows 10:

  1. Click the Windows icon in the bottom left corner of the screen, and type Device Manager into the Search bar.
  2. The Device Manager should appear. ...
  3. Right-click the network adapter, and click Uninstall.
  4. The program will confirm the uninstall.
  5. Follow the prompts to restart your computer to reinstall network adapter.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
