When my laptop is in sleep mode my wifi stops working. It is still connected but says there is no internet access - the wifi box is working as other devices have no priblem - the laptop just stops recognising it. This happens every time it goes into sleep mode or I close the lid. I have to restart to to reconnect.

I have updated the drivers and bios but the issue still persists

If I follow your advice

Device manager>Network Adapters & expand>Right click wireless adapters & open Properties>Select power Management tab

When I expand Network Adapters I see: Intel (R) Wireless AC 9560 160MHZ so I assume this is the correct one to right click

When I right click there is no Power Management tab after I open Properties! Only General; Advanced; Driver; Details; Events and Resources.

Can you readvise please

Thanks

John
