Your notebook is not supported by Microsoft or HP for W11.

 

There is a W11 driver for the Realtek RTL8723BE-VB 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter but it is the same version your notebook should have installed now:

 

Operating systems:
Windows 11 version 23H2 (64-bit)

You may want to consider upgrading the Wi-Fi card to this model:

 

Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11 ac 1×1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter (MU-MIMO supported) part # L17365-005

 

The above card is dual band and has a maximum throughput of 433 MBPS on the 5.0 GHz Wi-Fi band.

 

You use the same driver I posted above on the RTL8821CE but it installs a much newer driver version:
