You're very welcome.
Is there a device in the device manager labeled as a Network Controller?
If there is no Network Controller device and no Realtek Wi-Fi adapter, then the card has a hardware issue which is why the driver will not find the card and install.

Hi:
The parts list for your notebook indicates that it comes with the Realtek RTL8723BE-VB Wi-Fi adapter.
Windows 10 should have automatically installed a driver for that model Wi-Fi adapter.
This is the latest W10 driver for that model Wi-Fi adapter:
Realtek RTL8xxx Wireless LAN Drivers
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp113001-113500/sp113216.exe
If that driver doesn't work, most likely the Wi-Fi adapter has failed and needs to be replaced.
I would replace it with this dual band AC model:
Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac 1 × 1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 Combo Adapter HP part # L17365-005
