I cannot connect my laptop to my wifi extender even tho I can use any other device on the same extender.

I see that you are facing wi-fi connectivity issues with your HP Stream - 11-Y009tu.

 

You may follow the steps listed below:

1. Type services.msc on Search. 
2. Click Services when shows in Search. 
3. Right-click WLAN AutoConfig from the list of services listed. You may check the bottom of the list for it.
4. Click Start to run WLAN AutoConfig(WLANSVC Service).
Once you start WLAN AutoConfig(WLANSVC Service) on your computer, it will start discovering available WiFi networks in your area.
