HP Laptop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

All my other devices are fast on the internet (~100gbps) but this HP laptop gets a max of 46gbps.  Suspect the Realtek ethernet adapter.  Already reinstalled and updated drivers.

What is your machine ? It may only have slow Wifi adapter. Depending on its age, you may be able to replace the existing adapter. I'm using the following one for my machine
